So far I have only noticed the issue when I try to access the My Videos (or Videos) folder (every time) and now it shows up when I try to access the System Properties folder.
I have been having intermittent problems with Windows Explorer when I try to access some folders I get the message 'Window Explorer has stopped working' and then 'Windows is searching for a solution to the problem.' and then 'Windows Explorer is restarting.'
